The Joyner Group found that during Late 2016 there was a gap in the market for a Contractor that would carry out the Installation of both Render and Rain Screen Cladding as one package. Picking up projects that the big Rain Screen Installers are avoiding due to the smaller quantity of panels on the Project.

The project for Bron Afon Community Housing consisted of providing EWI (Wetherby 90mm Grey EPS Dashing system in Black & White or Red and White spar) and re-roofing works for 92 houses in Garndiffiath and Varteg. Work on the Cornish unit properties in Chamberlain Avenue and Fairfax Road in Bridgwater for Homes in Sedgemoor has been successfully completed. The residents were given a choice of six colours for the External Wall Insulation which has resulted in the appearance of the homes being greatly improved.
